Payment & Policy

PAYMENT:

LOCAL CUSTOMERS:  can visit any one of our retailers,  or call our office and place your order, we then ship through TTPost to your location. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Money must be paid through a bank transfer, call us for further information.
 

Shipping & Handling:

Orders inside Trinidad and Tobago  are shipped by TTpost

Orders outside Trinidad and Tobago are shipped through the customer's shipping account, in the absence of the customer owning a shipping account we will ship through Fedex, for a guaranteed delivery. Customer is responsible for any duties or extra charges. In the absence of the customer owning a shipping account, we will ship via Fedex, with the customer  providing advance payments for products. 

Customer accepts any and all charges by FedEx for correction/s if customer gives an incorrect address/zip or if customer reroutes a shipment from its original destination. Customer agrees that The soap kitchen is to charge these fees to the customers credit card.

 

SHIPPING COST:

We charge actual shipping cost and it is determined on the size and weight of the order. This is unknown until the order is complete and ready to ship. We can give an estimated cost of what we estimate it will cost. PLEASE NOTE IT WILL BE ONLY AN ESTIMATE.

RETURN POLICY:

The soap kitchen's dedication to total customer satisfaction enables you the customer to receive a refund or product exchange within 3 days of the purchase if it was damaged in shipping. After three days the sale is considered final. Due to the nature of our products being sold fresh, we can not at this time accept returns unless the product was damaged in shipping. If any product arrives damaged or unusable, we will issue a refund or replacement as per the customer's request. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting our customer service team at 1 868 640 5119 and explain the nature of the return, or until you contact your distributor.
Due to our return policy, where it was stated "we can not accept refunds unless the product was damaged in shipping, if you are unsure about a fragrance or product please choose a sample size to try first. Most all of our products come in sample sizes. Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.

 Damage Claims:

Inspect all your packages and products as soon as they arrive. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us and the carrier with in 48 hours. After 48 hours customer accepts full responsibility of the products and The soap kitchen is not liable.

Report any problems that have occurred during shipping or questions about a product to our offices within 3 days of the ship date. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened.

It is requested you return all products, using delivery confirmation in order to track your shipment to us. The soap kitchen is not responsible for undelivered packages. 

 OUR GUARANTEE FOR LEGITIMATE MANUFACTURING DEFECT;

For legitimate manufacturing defect claims please contact us with in three (3) business days of receipt of order for an exchange, After three (3) business days sale is considered final and no exchange will be offered. Manufacturing defects do not include damage suffered during shipment. See Damage Claims above for instructions on product damage due to shipping.

Backorders
Customers will be contacted via phone or email at any time that a product is not available at the time of shipping. Wholesale orders with backorder s totaling less than $15.00 will not be shipped but instead must be reordered.

Privacy
At The soap kitchen, we respect all of our customers' privacy and never share or sell any information. All information submitted to our company is considered strictly confidential and private.

Order cancellation 

  Wholesale returns or order cancellation  will be subject to a 50% restocking fee once that order was packed
